Packaging solution manufacturer Pa-Hu Oy is a family-owned business now in its third generation. Having begun in paper trading, the company evolved into its current incarnation by following one simple principle: continually adapting to customer needs.

PA-HU

Technologies used: React, Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript

Pa-Hu’s recent steps towards digitalisation were a case in point, stemming from extensive discussions and workshops with customers. By exploring how users would prefer Pa-Hu’s site to behave – and the workflows they’d like it to enable – a full-scale revision of the site was planned.

The new site created by technical partner Lucky Few provides a vastly superior customer interface, with all the product and service information one might need made highly accessible. But behind the scenes, there is a great deal more going on.

Integration with Pa-Hu’s new ERP system means that the progression from quotation to order is smooth and effective, both for the customer and for Pa-Hu. All communications along the way are automated where this is useful, keeping the customer informed and saving time and effort across the board.

The enhanced interactivity extends ever further with the site’s product customisation functions. Where in the past, customised packaging products would require a manual process, and one of ongoing discussion, this has been streamlined by allowing customers to identify and select their needs before sending a quotation request to Pa-Hu.

Providing better communication, more useful interactivity, and increased efficiency for all parties, Pa-Hu’s new site employs the latest tools to bring them closer to the customer than ever before.

Lucky Few live up to what they promise, and bring an excellent blend of expertise and personalities to the table. Our cooperation has been really smooth and effective, which is not always the case in projects like this one.
