Terveystalo is Finland’s largest private healthcare service provider. They offer a wide variety of primary and secondary healthcare and well-being services for corporate and private customers and the public sector. Its network covers 300 locations across Finland, while its clinics are supplemented by 24/7 digital services.

These digital services have undergone substantial development in recent years, with particular focus on its intelligent and data-driven Terveystalo mobile application. Going far beyond the expected function of simply displaying patient records in textual form, the app provides insightful and relevant automated content and data visualisations to help customers manage their personal health day by day.
By simplifying the process of getting help and aligning the work of the different healthcare professionals, Terveystalo guarantees access to care at the highest speed – increasing consistency and improving quality of life for the customer. Used on a regular basis as a continually unfolding chart of one’s personal well-being, the Terveystalo app represents preventive healthcare in its most modern form, offering a tailor-made digital health plan for everyday use.
Lucky Few together with Futurice have been assisting Terveystalo with the development of the app, adding new features to create an even more fully formed digital service. The app has been very well received by Terveystalo’s customers and has been taken into widespread use.
